I used this app for years with minimal issues…recently they decided to charge a delivery fee when I’ve had a gold pass the last 3yrs…why would I pay a monthly fee to pay a delivery fee?? What’s the point and why would you guys make this change?? I deleted the app and cancelled this account.

i usually don’t ever give reviews good or bad. but first off, if you give an option for substitutions and give an option to cancel entire order if a product is unavailable that is not a recommendation that’s an expectation. While i can understand that part of the order was fulfilled the item specifically marked as cancel entire order was not received you should be following by your processes you as the corporation set in place. And honestly, i really cannot tell what would be worse — not having customer service representatives or having this corporation’s customer service representatives. Not only are they unable to do the bare minimum to be in customer service they cannot even resolve issues properly or with any explanation. Yes Jacqueline, I am talking about you. So, as I now drive to another convenience store to get what I originally ordered over 2 hours ago and doing exactly what i paid all these extra fees and delivery charges to your establishment for, i have reflected back on this situation and have decided that i will no longer support this corporation by having their little gold pass, i will no longer order off this app, and i will no longer shop here. And of course, i realize this makes no difference as it’s very evident by the inability to follow expectations. And no i don’t want to speak to anyone else. best of luck to you all.

Don’t trust this app or the support team. If you wish to use this app or their “gold pass”, do nothing more than order for pick up. The workers will give you food that has been out too long and ignore what items you actually wanted so that they can get rid of food that would have otherwise had to be thrown out. This app is just a scam to save their investors money by replacing items with soon to be spoiled if not already spoiled items. The support staff is absolutely garbage and offers no proof via email or on the phone of substitutions matching your order even when set to, “do not substitute”. I love these stores and have since living in Florida as kid. Don’t help these people rip people off. Just drive and get your food and ensure this company has to stay honest

So I thought I was the only one getting random items substituted and not refunded but it is the most common one star complaint. Please use any other app this business is making money off scamming people to take their inedible trash that they would throw away if people didn’t order from this app. This is not just my experience and I urge all with this issue to give them an honest review both here and anywhere else you can to help people avoid these scammers

Got someone else’s order from Panda Express when I ordered from a burger place. I ordered 2 meals and got someone else’s 1 meal. I was promised 2 refunds and a credit for my lost promo code as well and was lied to. I sent proof of the wrong order on my front porch (actual time stamped picture of the wrong order sitting on my front porch), phone rep Jazmin was rude and despite my actual proof and reporting it as fraud she just disregarded the proof per her manager who she will not name. Hmm.

As a blind person, I really like using the delivery apps as obviously I can’t just get in the car and go to the store. I really like this app or at least I really want to like this app but this app completely fails and is horrible and the ABA department for accessibility for blind people. I use an iPhone and the app constantly crashes with voiceover on voiceover can barely accurately read any of the elements in the app so it’s nearly impossible to navigate. Oh, and the scanner portion for anything that you need to scan your ID for that doesn’t work well at all either. I really want to continue to use this app, but there needs to be some serious overhaul ADA compliance for accessibility. But I am not surprised because I blind people are just a second thought to stuff like this.
