App doesn’t work, wont let reset password
Forgot password but cannot reset, since resetting with email link will take you back to the page to tell you to download the app, which you cannot log into. endless loop to deprive you of points you earned, after which the app auto signs you out and you’re out of luck if you forgot password

Can’t start using the app because it is stuck in Account Verification. It requires you to enter a code that is sent via SMS however, the code is never texted. Even if you tap to Re-send the code, the SMS never arrives.
