Great food and beverages but app is very limited
Love the food and coffee at Maman but the app only really works for pickup orders. Baristas don't know what to do is you try to pay at a location. Also no way to print out a receipt if you ordered through the app - for your eyes only!! Web version is also a mess - and also no way to print a receipt. Does not work for business travel or dining.

This app is horrible and so is their website. I had to submit my order 3 separate times trying to get a gift card to work and when it finally went through it didn’t use the gift card.
Won’t let me login. Won’t send a PIN code to my established account
Not sure how I’m supposed to place an order when I can’t even log into my account. It keeps telling me that an account already exists but then the website just puts me in an endless loop of logging in and verifying my phone number with no next step, and then app won’t send me a pin code. Total failure.

App is completely useless and does not work.
I have money loaded on the app but it constantly crashes. Every time I try to place an online order an error message pops up saying the app is not currently able to process orders. When I try to scan the QR code in the store the same error message also appears. This has been happening to my friends as well, and the employees are unable to resolve this issue. I want to be able to use the money I already have on the app ): (this has an issue for over an month now and the company hasn’t made any progress to resolve it.)
Substracts points rather than increasing the amount
I love the place itself, but the points system of the app stopped working correctly. For several orders on different days, it subtracted the number of points from the total in my account rather than adding them - this is unfair and frustrating
