Couldn’t seem to swipe passed the first page with the visual ad. I restarted my phone, made sure the app was updated, great cell service/internet…. Restarted the app numerous times. Nothing I did worked and got me to any functioning part of the app. Not sure if it’s abandoned and inactive or what… but definitely disappointing. Deleted and will be finding a different meal prep app

I live in Texas and unfortunately after I updated the app, it says HEB is not an option. It used to but I don't know what happened. I tried to get out the app and get back in but it tells me over and over again that I can't sign in with HEB, I think the app is great but until it gets fixed I unfortunately cannot use

What an amazing and convenient app! I love it. It makes my day to day so much easier, saves money and time on groceries, and helps me meal plan with ease! This is super important for me as I’m a new mom and don’t have help during the day. Jow is everything I could want in a meal plan app! I would like to in the future see maybe where you can input allergies and where you can “shuffle” meals, so that if you don’t like one meal Jow picks for you rather than you searching the recipes and picking one. Overall this app is absolutely amazing and from here it can only get better!!

This app is life changing!! My husband and I are really enjoying trying new meals and foods we’ve never cooked before. The step by step videos are a HUGE help! The serving adjuster, huge help! The combining meats or ingredients labeled “used in multiple meals” huge help! Some bugs we find are it gets a little muddy when switching from the jow app to the Kroger app. We find everything automatically goes to pickup which is fine but when you select move everything over to delivery it does, but all the items still stay in pickup so you have to delete them one by one but even if you close the app a lot of times some of them or all of them are still there. It’s not super smooth and effortless in that regard. If that could be fixed it would be 10/10! I love that the app is free too. Such a game changer to our lives, pleaseeeee don’t go away! I need Jow forever!

Was hard to minus foods I’m allergic too. If it’s chocolate liquor to red wine vinegar to beer to wine can’t have it anaphylaxis isn’t fun .. was able to minus half of my allergies which as you can see are similar items… plus don’t want my toddler having those anyways. Couldn’t minus hummus either lol so that was interesting. It did generate delicious new food ideas for H-E-B ,but not Walmart or other stores so was hard since it wants to order it I’m trying to go to Sam’s Club/Costco/etc . I do but some stuff at H‑E‑B just wanted a shopping list option without ordering at the store since I like choosing my own veggies to fruit . Would definitely download again when my son is older most he wouldn’t try cause he is MR Picky wants 5 food groups only still.
