Great Food, but...
No Accessible Seating in any of the dozen or so GARs. Ambiance A+ plus award-caliber chefs, so asking that Corporate modify half a dozen tables each restaurant and mark ♿️. Also make all doors wider because Mom in her wheelchair couldn't enter for Family event. Favorite menu Coastal Flats. By all means come to enjoy "the Hemingway" Mojito, Yucatan Shrimp, Chop Salad, Filtered Water and Key Lime Pie. Best tromp l'oile art wall mural Patsy's!

When placing an order, there is two ways the tip function glitches: 1st - When checking out it shows total and then the tip selection window flashes up but it’s grayed out and shows for half a second. 2nd - if a user forgets to enter the vehicle make/model/color, there is an error and it flips back to the checkout page but TIP is already included in total and there is no way to remove or modify tip total. Very annoying to give a $20 tip to walk my food 15 feet to my car. Even more annoying when I do curbside and have to go inside and pick up because nobody comes out. Love the food though

1 Doesn’t have option to walk up. ??? 2 Doesn’t keep my “favorite” location. I have to select every time. Those are the top two. The app before this was more user friendly.

This app mostly works well. I wish there were actually options for ordering ahead of when you need food. ASAP is currently the only option and that is quite frustrating.
United StatesOne of the worst apps I’ve ever used
First of all they stopped taking carry out orders and the reservation request on the phone like most normal restaurants do. Second of all the app is a total disaster I’ve used it twice and both times I was charged for my food yet the order did not arrive to the restaurant and it looks like I’m going to be refunded but then it takes multiple business days to process this. This is not right and I feel taken advantage of!

Two small suggestions: add a side of bread as a menu option that can be paid for via the app; and enable adding a tip onto the order when using Apple Pay, even if the order is just curbside pickup. Thanks.
