Ruins a good cafeteria
This app has ruined the cafeteria at work. We can’t order much of what is still sitting behind the sandwich counter, several of the preparation options need to be handled handled face to face after when you try to collect food that is supposed to be ready, much of what we order is prepared wrong, presumably because the app also lists options they don’t have behind the counter. At another counter, we’re expected to walk in to see what’s available but not allowed to order there - go there, then you must use the app, then go take a walk while they handle your order and come back later to pick it up. This mess is still very much in the beta testing phase. If these people have been at it for more than one or two locations and more than a few months, they should be ashamed of what they’ve created. Expect disappointment if you’re forced to use this.
Customer service is lacking
App is fine. It’s the customer service behind it. Message them two weeks about an issue with a order with no reply.
Works great when it works. . .buggy!
This App will work for a couple of days or even weeks. Decent. Then, boom. Blank screen. Or boom, can’t see my company content. Boom, need to reenter payment method. Inconsistent and oh so buggy.
Can’t save items for reorder.
I usually order two different meals, one for breakfast, one for lunch depending on my work shift. My work cafeteria offers grill items (omelets and burgers) a salad/deli line and a series of rotating entrees. 99% of the time I’m ordering from the grill. Omelette for breakfast, bubbles burger for lunch. Would be nice to be able to save an order with any relevant customizations. Occasionally I’ll get lucky and see my prior order on the main screen with a “reorder” option but it’s very inconsistent. My usual rotation is to order before I get out of the car and grab my food on the way to my work area… being able to “reorder, or order from saved would be a huge help. Also…. If I open the app and order on Monday, then order again on Tuesday the app loads with an error page and I have to force quit and reload app.
Horrible app & Horrible bot customer service
I messaged and was given the run around: 3 weeks and counting and no response. My chat messages say “Not Yet Seen”. Also, Apple Pay was somehow switched to my default payment which I never authorized. I’m a grown adult who uses apps all the time and the process to add Apple Pay would have been a few steps that I would never have completed. My payment form was always directly out of my employer pay as I liked. No answer yet to this issue. Will probably delete the all and old school just order food in person and pay with card since this app and their chat service is horrid.
Clunky
Too clunky. Freezes too often.
Not working no support
I can’t get the app to work and have been trying multiple times to reach out to the team. And have not gotten a response back from them.
