I found that the recipes didn’t work well for my family and planned to let the subscription lapse. Little did I know that it would automatically renew without warning, and when I requested a refund, was told it wasn’t their policy and my subscription was available until next year. I. Am. Not. Using. This. App. This. Does. Not. Help. Me. It hurts my family’s budget and is absolutely unprofessional. Will not be recommending to friends or family due to lack of supportive customer care and lack of good recipes.

EMeals has been an absolute game changer for my family. As the meal planner, it saves me so much time and money. And it’s super easy to use. I use it with grocery pickup so I plan my entire week’s worth of meals (delicious ones, btw) and I never even have to get out of my car. I used to waste so much food every week - purchasing it with no meal plan and subsequently watching it go to waste. And now, the app even allows you to save your favorite “non EMeal” recipes and will sync them up! Just when I thought I couldn’t love this app more!! Seriously, thank you for developing this fantastic plan.

The only thing I would recommend is not assuming something is a staple and removing from the list unknowingly, unless a feature is created to know something was previously ordered through eMeals that would be left over, like a spice or condiment.
