狗都不会再用
从来没有一次准时的,超市三个小时起步。饿着肚子点餐等两个多小时司机越开越远,客服好意思打电话给我说退还配送费让我自取的。怎么说得出口的啊?
Extremely poor customer service
The app seems to have merged with HungryPanda not long ago. Nevertheless, they do not issue a refund if your food is not delivered. The customer service is more keen to protect their drivers than customers. Recently they’ve added a rule that you have to pick up the order face-to-face a couple of minutes upon the driver’s arrival, otherwise the driver could just leave with your food and you’ll have to pay $10 more for “another delivery service”. Again, in such cases the customer service would do anything to gaslight you that you’re obligated to pay extra to the drivers. I highly recommend that people consider a different delivery service.
Waited 2 hours for lunch
Granted it was a rainy day. But it shouldn’t take 2 hours to get food from a restaurant 10 min away. There was no proactive communications on late orders. I had to check with support multiple times to get the status. 1 star for good selection of Asian restaurants. But they don’t have good delivery logistics to support.
Don’t use it! They stole your money
Don’t use the EASI. They literally asked you to pay for the promotion. The money you paid for the promotion, was not apply to any order. Don’t get hooked!

Awful. Not enough drivers.
My food had been ready for over an hour before their driver picked it up. By then it was cold so I called to cancel, but the driver did not speak English. So they dropped it off and I couldn’t get a refund. Took me 3 hours to hear from customer service who offered a $10 gift card. Worst experience.
