I just wanted to give a quick shout out about how much I love Cracker Barrel’s food and gift shop. I unfortunately had a bad accident a few weeks ago and broke my wrist and my tailbone /pelvis. I am know recovering at a rehab facility for a short while. Cracker Barrel has been a true blessing to me during this time. I have been able to order from your app and have it delivered to me. The food at this rehab place is awful!! So having some delicious Cracker Barrel meals delivered to me a few times a week has been great and a very much needed blessing!! Thanks!!

I’ve used this app to make take out orders for years and now it won’t allow an AMX number. It requires 16 digits and AMX is only 15!! Also, Apple Pay is supported in the stores but isn’t offered as an option to checkout on the app. It would be nice if that option were available!!

This is my favorite breakfast spot. I usually always get 2 sides of hash brown casserole and in occasional the sampler. My only rant is when the has brown casserole has been sitting under the warming light and it gets hard on top. They will still serve it even though it’s very hard and my teeth are sensitive so I can’t eat it. Sometimes it’s hard and it equals almost a serving I paid for. So that’s money down the drain because I can’t eat it. I know there’s a time limit allotted and I wish they wouldn’t serve it if it’s this hard. Other than that, this is my go-to.

App doesn’t stay logged in. That wouldn’t be so bad if it could use Face ID to login, but it doesn’t. There’s always a line at the checkout so I prefer using mobile pay. However, after I login to the app and scan the receipt, it opens a web page where I have login AGAIN. Then it usually loses the fact that I already scanned the receipt so I often give up and just pay anyway and lose the points.
