Everyone’s in my house loves Caesar salad. We usually buy the expensive dressing in the store. Somehow the salad was ready but I forgot to check how much dressing we had on hand. There wasn’t much left in the store bought bottle. In spite of the fact that I measured everything by eye and didn’t have champagne vinegar - the dressing came out exactly tasting like the store bought stuff! At first I put in too much vinegar and it wasn’t right. I added a little extra Worcestershire sauce and two heaping tablespoons of real mayonnaise. Really perfect and easy to Prepare in a pinch.

Totally agree that no water is necessary. The sauce tastes very good with a bit of hot. But it’s too thin with water. See no need for it. Will omit next time and think it will be perfect.
