Too many bugs
This app has too many bugs they still need to work out. Can’t transfer externally, check payment history, or pay bills. App just logs you out and ends the session. Very hit and miss with this app.
Lacking features
What exists in the app works well enough, but it seriously lacks basic features of other apps. Paying off credit cards is a huge pain, you have to memorize the amount on the previous screen, and there’s no autopay! This app is so bad it’s making me consider other banks.
Won’t do multiple accounts
Ever since the launch of this new & “improved” app I can’t access all my accounts through one log in as before. Supposedly you can search and find your other accounts to transfer money but that has never worked. I haven’t used my second account in over a year because to do so I have to delete the app, redownload, and relaunch. Once in an account there’s no way to log out to reenter into another. After how many years of this “new” updated app, another update just occurred yesterday. Now I can’t even access my account through the app because it says invalid log in info. But I can log in online and the app accepts my facial recognition but then says invalid credentials. And complaints only go to the bank which does nothing to fix or adjust the app. If my app won’t work what’s the point of using that bank?
It’s breaking my heart!
Oh why can’t we rate a ZERO?! I have been a member of Westerra since my teenage years — a long time ago. The modern age of technology has disappeared with this 2-week-old updated app: I now will have to go back to monthly statements and calling customer reps to find out what my balances are and to transfer money. I loved this app, and now all of a sudden it’s acting crazy. From the beginning, I chose to hide my password while typing yet it shows, and then it does the very opposite. The only option it gives me is if I have forgotten my username but not if I have forgotten my password. I knew both, so my next approach was to create an entirely new username. Then it immediately wanted me to develop a five digit code for entry, which then blocked another door. Ridiculous! know I sound crazy when I say please don’t make me get on my knees to take it back to the way it was two weeks ago. It’s the frustration that I’m feeling from trying to maneuver my way through the app. However long it takes to fix it, in the meantime I’ll be dialing Westerra’s number just to get the info I need from customer service representatives and crying when I receive paper statements knowing trees were killed because of the IT’s ineptitude.
Always something
always something with this bank! I tried to log into the app said username and/or password wrong quadruple checked it wasn’t wrong!!!! Logged in online same username and password and it worked

Title says it all, this app is broken and considering the importance of what its supposed to do I expect better.
A number of issues were resolved and minor improvements made to the Transfer functionality.
