Needs serious work
Such a disappointment whenever I use this app. There’s a max on the amount you can deposit via mobile deposit, however, it does not tell you this. Then it won’t let you go past that amount, even if you’re making deposits in multiple accounts. You’re also unable to contact customer service via the app unless you log out to make a call, can’t email. Very basic and not user friendly.
New release won't work on iPhone 6
Release two weeks ago needs iOS 13, offers option to download older version, but that doesn't work. No option to back out.

The app haven’t worked in a week! Just brings up a white face head and then nothing.
Horrible App
Constant issues with not loading, says I don’t not have network connectivity, but I obviously do as every other thing works on Cellular and Wifi this constantly gives errors and works 10% of the time maybe.
The App is pretty much a joke
UNLESS you want to check your balances!! Then it’s a 5 star wonder. I was under the impression all of my electronic checks using the app were being deposited. Little did I know that since I didn’t write For deposit only to WSFCU and I was taking the picture with the WSFCU app it wasn’t being deposited. They did send me a notification but I have to log-on to my account using a PC to retrieve those notices. They do NOT appear through the app nor do they send you an email notification. I don’t log into the website because that too is a major PITA. How much more difficult can you make this?
