For some reason my app does not have the deposit or the transfer/pay button. Just the transfer button by itself. There are no updates and I have removed the app and redownloaded it. Yet my son has the same app and has all the extras. No clue how to get mine to do what his does.
Temperamental
Sometimes the app allows me to log on and pay my bills. Other times it simply does not work. I was once out of town and paid a bill and didn’t know until the next billing cycle the bill did not go through. Nice to view balances when it works, don’t trust to pay bills.
Credit Union
One of the best around. Had to much trouble with banks so went to a credit union. Like the fact that the people own the credit union. Not a single person. And the people there are all friendly. Love the place!!
Terrible experience so far
3 times now I have either been unable to open app (error) or have not been able to view my balances. GCFCU needs to get it together! This online banking change is not going well at all!
