I feel like the app is a little behind the times. Notifications when transactions go through would be wonderful, ability to set up alerts from the app, a slightly more user friendly interface. Has the essentials, but the butter on the biscuits would be nice.

I think this is a great app. It’s very easy for me to navigate and it is very efficient. The customer service representatives are very helpful also.
Frustrating
I hate everything about this bank, app, after hours call center. When this bank was Fidelity, I literally had no issues that I do now. If it wouldn’t be such a hassle to switch my bill pay, I would close my account. I have accounts with with another bank and they are so much easier and knowledgeable to help.
