Poor update
After update, app opens really slow and cannot show an updated balance…
Switching banks
Literally the worst banking app I’ve ever used. A transaction will show up as pending, fall off, show up 3 days later and then you’re hit with their ridiculous overdraft fees. Does not update like it should and does not reflect your actual balance at all. There have been several instances where it will say I have money in the account and my debit card declines. Glad I am switching to Chime!
New mobile app
I can’t get into my account anymore cause I can’t upgrade to 16 because I have an iPhone 7?and it won’t upgrade. How can I get into my checking account
Why I dislike CNBs upgrade
I have an old 6s IPhone and I’m 83 year’s old and on disability Social security and can’t afford a new phone You’re upgrade exceeds the IOS app on my phone thanks for not thinking of us old folks
How do I update?
When I open my app it says that I need an update. When I select update now it directs me to the Apple store where there is no option to update. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks, Brian
