Receipt always needed
I get flagged for EVERYTHING! I have to submit receipts with every use. Not just one here and there. Also, when I do submit, it kicks it out as unusable d/t being unable to read. When it is
Failure to launch
Closes the app unexpectedly. You have to Submit claims several times to get it to Go through! You also have to Double check to make that your claim went through because it will just close you out like everything is fine when it's not.
First Reimbursement
APP is easy to use on first try.
Issues with latest iOS version
The new update for IOS 17.4.1 isn’t working with app when trying to submit a reimbursement. After completing the form and taking a photo of the receipt, it won’t get submitted. It comes back with an error stating to try again later. I had to call tech support and told they were aware of the issue. It would be helpful if the error message stated the reason so you can be informed to use a other device.
Login issues + stealing cents
After finally overcoming the login issues between the web and mobile app, uploading documents isn't really easier or faster on the app. Plus it will not allow adding cents in the reimbursement field, so you can only request the full dollar amount, and I suppose via benefits gets to keep the unclaimed remainder amount—from hundreds of thousands of claimants using the app.
Pain to submit receipts from email
File size limit of 5mb is ridiculous. Often receipts are in emails rather than attachments. Should be simple to create pdf from email and submit, but I guarantee your file size will be more than 5mb. Its great that we can upload, but functionality is useless until increased file size accepted.
Refunds
This app is so much easier than sending in paperwork. And faster. After I figured how to do it it’s the best way.
