The fact I can’t add money with a debit card and only use my bank account is very inconvenient as it takes like 4 business days to load to my wallet. Sometimes I get paid sporadically and want to add funds then that will be available before a week. Terribly inconvenient and I’m cancelling this.

I was told I couldn't reactive my account. I am very upset! I tried to tell them ,I linked wrong account. An account that I don't use . So the 5.99 payment did not get paid. They deactivated my account. I really thought it was not fair. I really tried to tell them so that the problem could get resolved. I give a 👎🏼I really was excited for my child who has downs would be able to experience some independence with having her own card, but that never got to happen for her. You all need to really fix this policy and problem asap so this won't disappoint another child.
