New version needs bug fixes!
The coustomer service I get from Vectra is always 10/10 that’s why I rate it so well, but the app is such a pain. It gives me an error code when I try to log in with biometrics, and now it’s saying invalid credentials when I try to log in manually. I know my password is not invalid. The update has just been awful, too many bugs!

Fix I pad app
Your “ upgrade” can only be viewed vertically on the iPad. Please fix it so that I can view my information horizontally and don’t have to turn my iPad around.

New app not working with iPad
My normal routine business banking using my iPad is now making me use my iPhone (not good).
New “improved app” difficulty
I continue to have difficulty with this revised app. A couple of days ago I opened the app and received a notification to click on a button to take me to the App Store to download the new app. I clicked the button, it took me to the App Store where it informed me the app could not be found. The next day my old VectraBank app updated so at least I can get into the app but now I no longer have facial recognition. I only have a personal account with Vectra, no business account so I do not need to reset up my business account as I have read in other reviews. I use several other financial institutions apps and this is by far the most frustrating.
