I had to overdraft to pay my rent, I hit the overdraft limit and forgot about the overdraft fee. Compared to Chime, this bank should not be in operation, this bank charges $5 a day for overdraft, chime charges %2 per month. How do they compete?

Despite deleting and reinstalling the app, which usually works…denied access to the network on both my iPhone and iPad. This is frustrating. What is even more frustrating is the app itself is very limited in services when you can actually access your account. Very poor performance with the industry trend to move consumers to digital platforms. Ready to switch to another bank!

Despite deleting and reinstalling the app, which usually works…had to go to website to do my banking. Still not able to use the app after 3 attempts. Disappointing end-user experience. With the move to expanding digital customer service, CBC needs to get this corrected…and develop an app with more customer service features! Capital One has an excellent app…easy to use, and always works!

The banking app hasn’t worked for me for over 6 mos now, I’ve done updates, uninstalled it, reinstalled it… nothing. Won’t even open, just says “loading” then closes. & I have an iPhone 12pro so it’s not like it’s my phone’s problem….

I have never had so much trouble trying to recall my User ID. I have NO way to get that back. So i an locked out of viewing how much I have in my bank account. Make a feature where I can actually retrieve my User ID 🤦🏽♀️. It shouldn’t be this much of a struggle.
