With the Truist Commercial mobile app, you can safely and securely access deposit account transactions and balances, and approve payments and transfers at anytime from anywhere. Notifications within the app keep you informed of items requiring your attention. Simply log in with your Truist Commercial credentials for access to the mobile app features. Please note, customers with personal and small business accounts should download Truist Mobile for access to those accounts. Corporate and Commercial clients who do not subscribe to Truist Digital Treasury should access their applications through the desktop application. There are no additional fees to access the Truist Commercial mobile app. Standard fees for Truist Digital Treasury and related activities will continue to be charged for banking services. Clients should contact their mobile provider for information about fees associated with their mobile data plan, sending or receiving text messages or accessing the internet from a mobile device.
Can’t login to business app
It’s July 2022 and I still can’t log into the mobile app for business! Bad transition Suntrust.
Useless
I can log on the website but the app give me The same message as others “wrong username or password.” I like to use mobile Banking…might be time for a change if this is not rectified. If anyone actually reads these reviews….PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
Fees fees fees fees fees
Been with SUNTRUST for a long time. All of a sudden in September 2021 my accounts have been charged monthly fees for having accounts. A personal account I have for periodic disbursements. Now gets a $7 a month fee. I noticed it 5 months into the SUNTRUST BB&T merger. This is quickly becoming the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. From hero to zero. In 1 merger. People wake up and look closely at what they’re sneaking in to your accounts.
Useless
I can log in on the website, but the app says my username and password are incorrect!
Small business or others struggling
Just use the normal app will solve this for many. I just talked to customer service just use the normal Truist app instead of the commercial app.
Can’t login to app
I can login to my business account on my laptop but the app says that the exact same login is incorrect. I guess I need to switch banks to be able to use mobile banking?
Terrible
The transition from SunTrust to Truist has been horrible. I can no longer easily access my accounts through mobile banking. Go back to the old SunTrust apps that actually worked!!!
