I am skeptical about all these good reviews after my own experience. They have an ID verification before you can buy bitcoin but all of sudden they require another ID verification if you want to withdraw your bitcoin. The verification for sending bitcoin failed for me surprisingly with the same ID provided. You need to wait another month to *try* to be verified again. And they don’t tell you anything about why the verification will fail. And the ID verification takes more than 3 days as advertised. This is the most untrasparent platform I have ever used and the whole things feel sketchy. Even Coinbase is way better. Stay away!

Just got introduced to River app and I must say this is a beautiful app with a great innovation. I couldn't wait to dive into the exciting world of crypto trading and investment, but unfortunately, I fell victim to a fraudulent company. I invested 65,000 GBP worth of bitcoin and watched my account grow to 240,000 GBP in just a few weeks.
