Convenient but…
They advertise no fees however they have the biggest spread in price between buy and sell of any exchange I have been a part of. Another thing is the $0.99 fee to load money from cash app or Apple Pay (the reason I signed up to begin with) and now there is even a $0.99 fee to send money from the card to other people on cashapp! With todays bank outage I am having second thoughts

I don’t believe I’ve ever written a review for an app, but they certainly deserve it. The customer service is amazing! Juhi helped me and even checked-in after to ensure my satisfaction. Didn’t I mention how prompt they were? I wish all customer service provided care with so much kindness. 😌

Like a lot of these crypto platforms, it’s impossible for someone to get their identity verified if the phone camera doesn’t work. There’s no reason why they don’t allow a user to simply upload images of their ID to get verified. It might be a violation of ADA. Getting a hold of tech support is like accomplishing a miracle.

Please reconsider putting any money into an account with Juno. I tried logging in while I was abroad on travels and now my account is set to close without any explanation and I do not have access to my bank account or crypto, especially when I need it most. Just not worth it.

my experience with JUNO had been mediocre, at best; always seemed to be something that was not functioning quite perfectly; the tech support department agents were/are also quite slow to reply and never seem competent at fixing any problems… only really seem to be there to (ineffectively) clarify the error issues and placate frustrated clients with technical issues; both myself and a relative are, currently, both having the same issue with neither of us being able to sign-in via the JUNO application installed on any of a couple different iPhones, an iPad, and not even via different browsers to access our respective accounts at https://juno.finance about ready to request our accounts be liquidated/closed and checks mailed for the balance of our holdings… caveat emptor
