Why isn’t this better?
I recently started using AdvisorClient for my investments through a financial advisor. I had been using TD Ameritrade. The TD Ameritrade consumer app is head and shoulders above the AdvisorClient app. I am not sure why they are so different. AdvisorClient’s information is so sparse and more than a light version of the TD Ameritrade app. Please take some time to copy the features of the consumer app into this one.

My password works on the website but not on the app. Every time I call they tell me that they don’t know why and to Chnage my password, but then we are back to square one. And don’t get me started with the other problems that have been mentioned by other reviewers. What a shame

This is a terrible app. Face login in fails very often and navigating to what information you want is difficult if you can even access what you want. It’s as if they are discouraging the use of this app intentionally to drive business away from private fiduciaries that send their clients here.

If there is a financial app out there that is worse than this , god forbid. Don’t install this app unless you A)have lots of patience on signing in ( touch and face ID work about 50% or less or B just want to use it for a short period of time until you get rid of your TDA account and / or your advisor. I’m taking option b at the start of next year.
