The app mostly works well but I have found that the mobile check deposit is very touchy with signatures. I hope this gets fixed soon

It appears mobile check deposits have left the Space Age far behind. Worse than a mere waste of time, this app has repeatedly fumbled my deposits, ruining my checks for deposits in other organizations and forcing me to rely on technology developed in the 1700-1800s: the USPS. Since this has been occurring for as long as SAFCU has offered mobile deposits, it appears no effort has been made to improve the situation.

Every time I try to sign into my account it says I need to send a registration code but won’t give me the option. Eventually it allows me to send the code and ask if I trust my device. This happens EVERYTIME I sign in. Super annoying

Constantly having to reset my password for this app. Even if put in right it in correctly it never works. Definitely won’t be using this company again.

Literally the worst app ever. You’d be lucky to ever get anything done on it. If it’s not crashing like it constantly does, then it’ll just log you out whenever you click any button. If I could give this negative stars, I would.

I’ve had this app before, but now with having an iPhone lately the last 2 months it won’t load. I’ll sign in and it keeps saying my password is wrong when it’s not. Or I’ll get past that point, go to make a payment and it’ll reroute me back to sign-in. Their website does the same exact thing. Doesn’t matter if I restart/delete app or restart phone.
