App error
I am not able to access the app for last 3 days Please do needful to resolve asap
Worst bank ever
This bank is the most useless bank , they never cared about their on customers. They never responded to a complain emails from the app. It’s so sad . If there’s a complaint against your account, even with all your necessary information and proof, they still useless , I regret join this bank.
MPIN never works
Always says the OTP is incorrect. Tried to raise a complaint in the app, and now it says “Un Expected Error”. What kind of English is this anyways?! They can’t even write the word “unexpected” correctly?
Worst app ever used
This is the worst app I ever used in my life. Giving 1 star as I have no other lesser rating choice. It doesn’t provide any biometric options for login. Captcha is designed such a way that it will never be successful if you use small screen mobiles. Voice option never worked for me till now Today I am happy that i was able to login, might be after trying 20+attempts. Just maintaining this SIB account because of personal commitments..I strongly recommend never use this app..better go to bank and do your transactions….

It keeps asking for registering even after you register how frustrating and annoying it is
Not Satisfactory
It is very pathetic that a bank that have a good reputation provide a poor service and response to the emails and feedbacks. Emails where rarely replied.
Bad UI
Someone must have given SIB this app for free It’s a bad UI design lacking basic functionality. The SIB mirror app was better. Why did they discontinue that app. Why do I need to login each time to see my account summary. They need to fix this ASAP
