Customer friendly
Apart from other regular services, The most impressed feature , especially for the NRIs it was the boon, “getting OTP to email”. This was very convenient to the user which took off the pain in waiting for the OTP on right time. Usually, we need to check our India mobile number to get OTP, if you are not located in India its very hard to get OTP on time, some times you never get an OTP to your India number which is very very painful, all your transactions will be blocked because of this OTP. But here THE OTP will be sent to both phone num and email, which is very handy and very convenient , i am very much impressed for this feature . No other banks does this. Appreciate whole team 👏🏻
IOS 17.1.1 : Unable to enter the OTP on registration screen
Very bad app and IDFC banking service app is not compatible with latest version of iOS 17.1.1 on iPhone 15 pro max mode. On the registration screen keypad is not coming up to enter the OTP. Please look into this issue
best app to use auto log out feature could help
one of the best app experiences ease of navigation and easy to use thing that could be improved is more secured say app stays in login unless we sign out so it could get auto signed out say 2 or 3 mins as required to be more secure

Many functionalities in the app doesn’t work. They couldn’t fix the UPI issue. It has been more than 3 days, still haven’t fixed it. If I access many parts of the app, it crashes. First make the app stable and build the functionality and sure there is no regression. App full of bugs and crashes or not working. Very very annoying and highly undependable app. In case of any urgency, your app will ditch the customers. [Apple] - Why are you removing the reviews? This is the third time I am writing the reviews and you wiped two of my previous reviews. Very very poor.

Don’t add mor functionality, when you can’t make it work. Bloated app and bloated bank. Most of the functionality in the app doesn’t work. Always the UPI payment fails. I need to try several times to bring in or bring out the money. Very very annoying and not a reliable app. Always on fear as I don’t know when it will work. Apple don’t remove the review.
Poor & annoying app
The app always crashes when I visit money manager and view my transactions. Lot of cluttered features. The UI|UX could be better designed. Many duplicated views, which could have been cleaned up. I am looking for some clean and thin app. I did used the AddMoney option and added money in to the bank and my last transaction was not credited, though debited from the other bank. Now it is an unnecessary hassle for me to deal with it, back and forth between the two banks. Poor process structure and causing annoyance to customer. This is my bad experience within just two days of opening the account.
