I am fed up
I am fed up with this app. Mobile app seems useless, had to login from computer for transfer. Authorities do not seem to consider the feedback. It’s zero user friendly 👎
It is not working on iphone15
It is like a desktop app on iPhone screen . Only 20% of screen conten visible and you have to keep moving the screen to see all the information. The drop down menu on the top left won’t work even when you are tapping it. Very poor design . Not expected from a bank. Local community and village banks have better apps.
How can this be your official app?
this is one of the worst apps ever and not just for banking but in general. how did it even get the approval? do you not have a team for user experience? how can you let this be a representation of a global brand? i wish my company didn’t use this bank for the payroll account because i would never use this otherwise. embarrassing and shameful.

Even for country Like Nepal, This is the worst banking app i have ever seen. 1. Terrible User Interface, 2. Problem in iPhones with notch - sometimes returning to previous screen or opening the menu is impossible due to buttons overlapping with the status bar, 3. Loading time too high - This may be due to their secure channel with server but still this is too long, 4. Biometric login doesn’t registers properly which is a bummer, 5. Non intuitive UI - at some places interacting are too large, yet at other places they are too small to even click, 6. Complete lack of UX - I don’t think this app was not developed for user to use but only to advertise that this bank have mobile app, 7. Has inbox but no proper indication of amount being transfer or not - notifications are very important specially when i am transferring amount to branch or other local bank, 8. No support for other payment services based on Nepal. Hope this app gets update in proper way, Otherwise so much for the Bank in Nepal to introduce digital system.
Not working on IOS 12
My iOS version is 12.4 , but it shows “unusual device configuration detected” though it says its compatible with 9.3
Useless app
bank needs to hire better UI designer for the app... for iphone .. am not sure for the rest of other devices :(
