Unable to fetch counter
I was tryna pay my bil but it says unable fetch counter.
Never works in emergencies
Very poor service, it has happened many times that they deduct the money twice even though it says the service error. And I have to wait another day to get the refund. Probably had happened more than 5 times already in emergencies. The same with the ATM too. Never depend on the service of this bank. It might put you in a really difficult situation..

Hi. I updated the app recently. The new version of the app looks actually nice but I can’t add my email address to my account. It says invalid information or something. i’ve tried with 2 3 mails but same result. Could you pls look into that. thankyou and sorry for my bad english

I’ve been experiencing a lot of bugs for about a week. It always says no connection even though I have a good connection due to this problems my money couldn’t load in eSewa through Mobile Banking for a couple of times and it takes for than 3 days to recover my money even after contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hope this problem gets fixed soon. Thank You
phone pay qr code image cannot be scan
there is option of selecting qr image(photo) from camera roll, but doesnot work on ipad for qr scan. i checked in android it works in this method. sometimes we want to use photo or file rather than scanning qr from camera. this work grt in android. dont know why they never fix in ios, ipad. i check permission for file storage. oops, no option at all in settings. i wonder they r not smart enough to fix this issue in ios, especially for ipad.
