Easily the worst banking app. Lacks basic features such as password reset for business accounts. You have to click on each transaction if you want to see the actual details. EVERY other banking app in the world has these basic features. Furthermore, their senior executives repeatedly lie about the arrival of advanced mobile technology.

Another user stated it but it’s worth repeating-the Brand Bank app was so much better. As a small business owner this app is frustrating because it’s too complicated and wastes valuable time. Why do you have to change your password every 60 days? The personal accounts do not require this! Why can your password only be changed using your computer? There is no notification that your password is about to expire! My fingerprint should work as it does with every other secure app I use! This app needs lots of improvement, and why was the Brand Bank app not used with logo changes?
