Good Bank, Horrible App
I’m being patient hoping this app will get better but my patience is running thin. I’m not one to usually complain, but it’s 2024. No company should be having basic app issues at this stage in global technology. I work two jobs and depend on this app like many. It’s always slow, freezes, and I usually have to log in and out three or more times just to make a simple Mobile deposit. Then, I have to pray the deposit goes through which is always a 50/50 chance. I’m not trying to complain but at least want the developer/bank to have honest feedback. I’m considering switching banks if it doesn’t improve.
Amazing bank… worst banking app EVER!!
I have never in my life seen a banking app that literally NEVER works! It is always down. And when I say always I mean ALWAYS!! After multiple attempts to log in I end up having to just go to the bank itself to get anything done, which is completely unacceptable! If I could give it zero stars I would give it a negative star!
Garbage
I would give this 0 stars if it would let me. The app constantly doesn’t work properly. It is very frustrating to keep trying over and over and over again to log in and there is always a problem. I’m almost to the point of switching banks just because the app is that junky. I have been using Community Bank for 17 years and never had any problems other than this. The app is garbage!
Horrendous!!
This app is so glitchy, slow and unresponsive. It is basically useless. Takes over 90 seconds to load initially after you sign in. In todays digital world banking needs to be fast and responsive. This banking app is anything but. Main reason we are considering finding another bank after 4 years.
App does not support new iPhones or updates
I had an older iPhone that I was having issues with but after much patience was able to to get what I needed. I am not always close to a branch and rely heavily on mRDC for deposits. With the latest phone, I have had to reset my password twice due to locking up (a couple times prior on old phone as well…I know my password was correct). Now I can’t even sign in due timing out with a system error…upon finally getting in after multiple attempts, after taking a picture of my check it does not want to scroll down to submit…and when I finally do that, the submit button does not work. Once again, I have to try multiple times and even have tried to wait a day thinking the system is down. Mind you, I am connected to internet as well. There are a lot of glitches that happen when going from one tab to another. The timing of you updating your SDK to work with with Apple updates needs to be faster. It has been months and I am continuously getting errors, time outs and glitches. You need to get better with updates on IOS and the toolkit for mRDC (most likely MiSnap?) If this continues, you will be losing accounts and most likely mine.
Worst App
Unable to log in through the app 98% of the time. Mobile deposits never work. I always have to use the website to access my account.
Slow
I’m not sure what happened, but this app used to be great. Now it’s soooo slow especially trying to log on. Whatever they did, they need to undo it.
