Worst app with zero improvements
I have been a customer of Renasant for well over a decade. This app has never worked correctly or efficiently. Simply attempting to login will take five minutes. It says “initializing” or “updating” depending on the day & then boots you right back out. If you are lucky enough to actually login using the app, don’t expect to use it for very long because you will repeatedly be booted out over and over and over again. A lot of times you can’t even attempt to login and it just says “error” or “updating our system”. I can’t be the only one that has brought this to their attention yet, nothing has been fixed in years! It’s beyond frustrating and inconvenient. It’s a BANK! We are talking about all of MY MONEY! It’s imperative that I know at all times what’s going on with my accounts. I’m thinking I’m long overdue to switch banks. UPDATE A YEAR LATER... Absolutely zero performance update! It is even worse now! I have been unable to login for weeks! No matter when you try this app, morning, noon, night you cannot login EVER! It now says “Data network busy, try again later”. I think trying for three weeks qualifies as “trying later”. It still won’t work!

Worst Banking App
I’ve used a number of online banking apps and this is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. From the layout to the efficiency, to the functionality, there is nothing positive I can say about the Renasant online banking app. And the saddest part is that they don’t appear to be making any attempt to improve it. Terrible...
Disappointing
Uninstalling and going with mobile app bc you have to enter password every time instead of using fingerprint reader. This app is lightyears behind my other banking apps.
Awful
Awful. I don’t have a mobile phone for a code number and no other option is offered. A real inconvenience for me. I did just fine with the log in site. Now I’m locked out of my account. I’m very unhappy with the Change. I’m wish you would change it back.
Awful and useless to pay bills
It's a solid 3-star app but 95% of the time the bill pay feature doesn't work either to "network error" or another error. The reason to use a banking app is to 1) check balances (good) 2) transfer money (excellent) 3) deposit checks (slow) and 4) PAY BILLS!! (AWFUL).
