I don't understand how Intuit has been able to single handedly dismantle everything that was Paycycle, not for the purpose of overhauling and improving, but just for the sake of removing functionality. I now have a dummied down version of what used to be a fantastic, user friendly payroll site. I had not one problem--NOT ONE--with Paycycle since I'd begun using it in 2007. Intuit took over and they've made a complete disaster out of it. I've wasted more time with customer service fixing things and getting adjustments I was able to easily do myself with Paycycle. I couldn't be more disappointed with this payroll service if I tried. Nothing that they've done since taking over has improved. Now the app is going away, and I'm expected to use a mobile site they STILL can't seem to optimize for a mobile browser. Windows pop up blocking text fields, the page size doesn't load properly, it's just a phenomenal mess. I can only imagine they've hired the most incompetent web developers they were able to find, and no one bothers to trouble shoot or test the product being put out to customers. What a tremendous let down.
