I use other apps that require a picture of a document. One that I use multiple times daily, detects the border of the document and AUTOMATICALLY takes the picture and it improves the quality of the document at the same time. The NBI app asks to tap the screen to take the picture. I had to tap multiple times before I was able to take the 2 pictures you required. The quality of the check picture could be improved. Other than that I’m glad I can deposit checks without making a trip to the bank. Thanks!

Hard to take a picture of a check while holding the phone and having to tap in the middle of the picture. Auto capture would be ideal, or else allow a tap or add a button in one of the edges rather than smack in the middle.

It frequently logs me out and then doesn’t accept my username and ssn to reset my password. I always have to call the help number. This is a huge inconvenience and is not an issue I have with any other app.
