This is the single worst banking product I’ve ever used in my life. I wish I would have read the reviews before getting it. Everything about this program is more difficult than it needs to be and the “ease” of use they tout when you sign up is nowhere to be found. The customer service is completely worthless, if you could even say it exists, which would be stretch. The whole reason I got this account was so I could get multiple cards in my family’s names and I can’t even do that. This product is absolutely pathetic, please please please do not waste your time and sanity with navy fed go prepaid. Worthless.

I love the nfcu go card and what it provides, but the app is awful. I've consistently had login issues with the app even though I can login through the website without issue. I'm going to just delete the app cause it is essentially useless

The app is completely useless. You can never login to it. Even after resetting your password, you can’t login. Delete the app and reinstall, and it wants you to activate a card you’ve already activated. Whoever developed the GO card and app needs to be dragged out into the street and burned at the stake!

Terrible app that is slow and barely functional. There is not much you can do with this app and it doesn’t even coincide with the website. I’m closing this account and switching to Bluebird. I can’t even add myself as a card holder so that I can set up alerts even though the account is in my name!

I can not access my accounts. It says, unable to log in. So, I tried the website. It logs in. It shows the account, but then when I go to add funds it asks for my login again. After I verify my log in and select add funds to a cards listed, it asks for my log in again and just keeps circling around.

Now Users are able to update their email address and phone number used to login to the app. In addition, we also improved snackbar messages, the ripple effect on the bottom navigation menu, log out and biometrics behavior, and several bug fixes!
