Mobile app issues
The mobile app had been down for over a month. I can’t log on at all. I have called customer service and they did nothing to help. What is going on?
It’s ok.
Haven’t been able to pay through the app/ online whatsoever in months. Always get a “sorry technical difficulty error” Have to call to make payments. App shuts me out if I try paying online.
Arabella app
This app doesn't allow me to sign in. I can't even put in my email address. Please fix.

Glitches
Just got a new phone and for whatever reason this app will not work on it keeps telling me that sent me a code and has not. I even called the support people and they are having a difficult time with it as well. They are very nice and very helpful but it sounds like it is more of an internal problem and maybe an update? It is a great app when it works.
“Technical difficulties”
Every time I try to pay my bill through the app it tells me there’s technical difficulties/ doesn’t work and I’m forced to call and pay that way. Been having this issue for months through this app, typically don’t write reviews but I’m sick of it !!!!
Haven’t been able to use
I would really like to use this app, but it seems I am not able to get a code to sign in due to my cell carrier. This app has been out for a year and I haven’t been able to log in once. Since this has rolled out, I am not even able to sign onto the website never mind this app as well. There is also no support from the company.
