This application gives the appearance that it will allow better communication. It doesn’t. It is only an advertisement a download application. Don’t waste your time.
Verify and beware!!
Be careful before downloading this app. I downloaded this app (by mistake) and it has my personal information. However I don’t have a mortgage or pending mortgage with them! The phone number is registered to an individual! It’s misleading at first glance because Mutual has LIFE INSURANCE too. I emailed them to cancel it am waiting to hear back. I am not pleased at all!
Can’t crash if it doesn’t load!
This app worked once, now it just spins. No errors or indication as to why it won’t load, just a never ending loading screen.
Refi done, how do I see or pay my mortgage?
Now that my refi is done what exactly does this app do? There’s no way to see my mortgage or pay it like I can do with other lenders. The app becomes worthless once you are finished with the application.
Shockingly terrible app
This business process is bad. You receive a link over sms. It directs you to download an app. The link take you to the front page of the app. No process to follow, no guidance on screen. I haven’t got far yet but I don’t keep my pdf paystubs and W2s on my phone so it seems to lack any form of testing or User Acceptance in any way. I’m left frustrated and just in disbelief that this was something that was designed.
Can’t save info
Every time I log in, I have to turn on the fingerprint login feature, and set up a new 6-digit code. It never saves. It also never saves your payment info even though there is an option to use a ‘saved payment method’. That could use fixing. Also, an autopsy feature would be nice. Other than that, smooth app. Easy to use. Which is nice
App is out of sync from Website
For me, the application has been out of sync from the website. I am far along in my loan process, however, the app isn’t showing that at all. For some reason, it is stuck at the continue application step. Also, the required documentation section is the same thing.
