Forced upgrade but cannot use! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Why are you forcing us to use this app? I was fine with the old maybank app, but you keep on forcing me to switch, then when I downloaded the app, it cannot run, you force me to upgrade the iOS to newer version, which was not supported for my old phone, hence I have to upgrade my still functioning later model iphone just so I can use this app. Will you be covering the expense for my new phone?? You should at least give backward compatibility for older phones & also give your customer options of their own preference.
Exceptionally poorly designed
Firstly, I essentially need to log in twice to do anything, making the app agonising to use. The developers didn’t even bother supporting the back button on android and back swipe on iOS so I don’t have to reach all the way to the top left corner to go to the previous page. In all the app is very poorly made and thought out and we should still have the option to use the previous app. Customer service is also awful.
Worst banking app
This is the worst banking app I’ve ever come across. I needed to set up the account EACH time I attempted to transfer the money.
Inconvenience Very bad application
I really hate MAE. I have two accounts and cannot use MAE on them at same time. Very inconvenience to have to uninstall and reinstall, create new pin each time i need to use another account. Very stupid design
Unlink problem
After being forced to switch to MAE, our bank account didn’t seem to recognise the phone for long, maybe top 2 days. Then again, you need to reregister your account into MAE.
Keep asking to delink after a day
A very poorly designed app. Every time after I completed a transaction, I’m not able to perform other transaction the following day. I’ve to unlink the M2U access to be able to perform the next transaction.
