Very good security. A fast follow up call from HSBC check for fraud. Is there a 2-factor method? Like sending code to verify purchase? That would be helpful.
Big Improvement!
This app is a really big improved on earlier versions and the replacement of the old hard token with a soft token is very welcome. Hopefully more functionality to come in 2021!
Incomplete App
This app will be so great if it can be a replicate of the website and even more enhanced. I can’t even make a transfer to a new, unsaved account with this app. The website asked me to obtain a mobile secure code but it’s pointless because once I do that, the website just try to log into the main page but it goes nowhere besides just trying to get into the main page. How is this even making it more convenient for me when I can’t even use both the website & app to do my banking transactions?
Rubbish, cannot even log in
Rubbish app and service, cannot even log in, saying got problem loading accounts and keep prompting the PIN
Face ID not function??
Upset the function FaceID doesn’t work until now. Try remove and enroll again still same.
Poor functionality
This app is not very useful and does not provide any of the basic processes that a consumer would need.
