Easy to use, but exchange rates are not great.
International transfer
Was happy to be able to make an international transfer on the app. The information requested for a transfer to Canada was not enough to make the transfer. The money went into abis and eventually came back after several months and investigations Regards Joe

App will not update
Not user friendly at all. The previous app worked fine and now this “upgrade” is required, but the app will not update. Terrible customer experience.
Global money transfer is buggy
I sent a global money transfer and it reported an error. In reality, it went through silently. I ended up sending the money twice. Expat was not able to recall the transfer and did not offer to rebate the amount.
The new app is worse than the old version
The new version of the app has deleted all my previous payees that were stored in the app
