Can’t verify new device
I’m tried to follow the link that was given in both sms and email and it led me back to the App Store only and not a verification site . So each time I open the app I cannot pass that stage .
24hour wait for Scotia Users?!?!!?!
Everything is perfect with the lynk app except I find 1 problem that stood out the most. I have both NCB and Scotia Bank, The lynk app lets me add my NCB bank account using account number or card number. Therefore making a transaction speedy and more realiable. When adding my Scotia account, the lynk app only lets me add my card details, a further verification is needed which most people won’t even understand about micro deposits for verification.
LACK OF MAINTENANCE
IM writing this review because your application isn’t ready for anyone to download, you have one issue beca the application isn’t sending the authorization code to either my email or telephone number, because I’m using a new device to log in and all you people do is send the same response having me on a merry go round like a stupid troll …. get your business Roger and the. Return!
Freezing
App keeps freezing when trying to open the camera to scan the QR code at the atm. Rendering it useless at the atm.

I got scammed by lynk
Made a deposit from my NCB to my lynk account of 50k since August 8 2023… in the process of doing so the transaction said failed on Lynk’s end and the 50k deducted from my NCB, up until today i have been messaging lynk about my cash. “ Your transaction is under investigation and you will be updated soon” from August 8 till today December 2, 2023. Moral of the story… lynk scammed my 50k.
Remittance
App is great only thing is the remittance service for money gram taking longer than usual and says pending for even a day when I need the cash instantly
