App needs a lot of work
Denied because I accidentally linked the wrong bank account. Tried to go back and link a different bank, but there was no option. So I deleted the account and restarted. I linked my correct bank account when i restarted the process. Got denied again but this time it was for having duplicate info/verification of identity issues. It’s the first of the month so i was really hoping this would work. I wouldn’t waste time with this app you’re better off with Flex. I was approved at Flex with no issues, they don’t have the split into 3 payments like this app which is a shame this app didn’t work for me. They have lots of links and bugs that they need to resolve. Seems like they are brew to the business and have a lot of work ahead of them. After waiting several hours, Customer support provided no support and just told me to look else where. I use 3 different banks because I allocate my paychecks, so if your like me this app won’t like you. Zero stars due to lack of customer support.
Unreliable
Do not use this app! I started using this app in January 2024 and haven’t used it since. There is no live customer service team to talk with over the phone. You have to rely on a horrible chat feature and they take a day or more to get back to you. Additionally, if they process your payment late, you will be banned for 3 months with no hope to use the services again. Completely defeats the purpose of having a flexible rent payment option. Absolute waste of time using this app.
Doesn’t work and no support
Trying to use this and it would hang and hang and hang. Contacted Support and they said it had to deal with a problem with my bank connecting to plaid. My bank connect to use it for multiple things. Anyway, I can get past the hang now, but still doesn’t work. I was hopeful after reading other reviews about how great Support was to help resolve their problems. I can’t even get Support to respond to emails at this point. And there seems to be no customer service. So I’ve wasted hours of time on something that doesn’t work.
LOVE LIVBLE
The customer service was very helpful. Although it took a couple of weeks, Thank God I was approved. They’ve been very helpful with technical errors I experienced in the app and are worth the 5 stars.
Flexible & Dependable
Lvble has always worked with me on moving around repayment dates. When rent has reached $1970/mo this program sure helps to break it up over the month. Customer Support has always responded back via chat promptly & kindly! Helps the stress go away! Thank you!
Terrible!!
If I could give his app 0 stars I would!!! I tried to use it and it declined me for not enough funds going in and out the account…mind you I get direct deposits every Friday from my job with MORE than enough to cover the funds needed…shortly after I connected my bank to Liable’s portal,a day or so later, my bank called me saying my account had been compromised (pretty ironic). There is no customer service team to take calls and they DO NOT respond back when you text them in the “contact support” area…I’ve never left a review on an app in my life but this app this ridiculously TERRIBLE 0/10 do not use!!!!!!!!!!
