Bad marketing
Their marketing guy should be fired. A couple days after I signed up and have done nothing with the account yet a new sign on bonus for 3x what I was offered becomes available and I asked them to transition my account and their giving me push back. Announcing that new bonus after new customers just joined you guys is a complete F U to the new customers. I’m now considering closing the account but just waiting to hear back.

This app can use a little more work in order to be more user friendly. Icons are everywhere the transfer process is not user friendly either.

App has potential, but pretty bad
The app looks nice, is intuitive, and has many good user features, however it gives me a blank white screen constantly. It doesn’t crash, per se, it’ll just never load the screen and then I have to close the app and restart it. Definitely has potential, but it’s unable at times in the current state.
