This is the absolute worst app on the App Store. Constant freeze ups, not compatible with newer iPhone cameras, slow, no updates. Support hangs up on you when you call them.

Absolutely terrible app. I am not sure if it even deserves one star. Depositing multiple checks is the worse. What a dumb way to do it. This should be easy but it is not. The screen rotation will mess with the auto capture. The developer must have some strange way of thinking. Tip: the user needs to be guided through the process not guessing the next step and trying to find it on the screen. This is not a game of The Room.
This app horrible to log into.
Best recommendation, would be to find a different bank. Relay is a good option, they tend to understand technology. If you’re forced to use this by your company, you have a lot of sympathy. Don’t call the 800 number, they won’t help.
Terrible
Constantly crashes. Thinking of closing my account because the app is always down.
Won’t scan checks
This app is horrible! It will scan the front of the check and then tell me it can’t find the endorsement in the back of the check. I have started using a black sharpie and signing almost half of the check, it sometimes goes through like that, but not today when I am in a hurry. Closest branch is 5 hours away so I might get there before I can get the app to work!!
