I am not sure what has happen. I try to get on and tells me I have no connection on my phone. Have check all my settings and nothing has changed. I removed the app and when back in to try and refresh and now the app isn’t on my phone anymore. Can’t get it to move back. I can get on my I-pad and computer. It’s really strange. Been using this app for years and this is the first time I have ever had a problem. Really liked the app. Just don’t understand what happen after all these years.

Been with the institution for years and it seems to have only gotten worse. At least once a week you can’t log in on the app or online to check your balances.
