App never seems to work. Everytime I try to login it says there is some kind of issue.

If this happens to you, verify that you have an active debit card tied to your account. If you don’t use a debit card (like me) your card will expire without a new card being mailed to you. You will have to go to a branch to get a new active card.

The app isn’t bad, it’s easy to use. But it’s annoying to constantly be asked for confirmation of my identity. Always requesting to send me a text to make sure it’s me.

This app is slower than a slug going uphill, backwards. When it finally gets past the sign in page, it’s just constant network errors. 100% unusable. Attempted to use on my m1 iPad Pro and iPhone 15 pro and couldn’t get app to work on either.

Everything was fine on this app but as we speak on December 8, 2023 I kept logging in onto the app but crashes taking me back on the Home Screen. I think the app is down and so help us TRY to fix this please
