Great execution speed and very handy trading tool
I’m able to execute my trading style exclusively with the online app. I feel good about the charting capabilities and the speed of execution. I appreciate that IBKR allows me to trade whatever in the world I want, unlike some of the big banks

IBKR has been bumpy. It gets stuck at times and is not shy to give wrong results. Customer service does not write back well. I came to IBKR for its operations in 32 countries. No one from your first line customer reps could tell me how to trade across countries. I wanted to buy stocks like TCS for quite sometime.

After logging in, switch to the backend app. After a while, you will need to log in again and cannot maintain the login status. You will have to log in again every time, and the previous login status will disappear, such as on the deposit page. If you log in again, you will need to click in step by step. The backend activation is too short
