Terrible After Charles Schwab Took Over
It has been 3 weeks and the performance and balance portion of the App and Website for power etrade has not been fixed. I called support and they are aware, but still no fix. This is absolutely ridiculous. It seems the tech team is incompetent or does not care. I will be leaving etrade for better alternatives. Idiots.

Paper trading no longer factors in the price the stock was “bought” at, so the information on the dashboard is useless for learning purposes. It shows that the cost was zero and everything is green as if you are making money. In order to have an accurate picture, you have to go through and see what cost it was “filled” at and crunch the numbers on your own. I will HAPPILY change my review once this is addressed. This WAS a great teaching/learning tool up until recently.

I’m a long time user. Over 10 years. The app is consistently glitching - slow, crashes, trade screen bring up wrong stock, and it’s always been like this…..would be nice if MS spent some money to fix it.

What's New in Version 5.2 • Spot trade opportunities and make informed decisions fast with Behind the Move. This new feature identifies major price movements and tells you why a stock has made a significant move • The Quote Detail page will have a section called Behind the Move that includes the performance and the Benzinga explanation on why the stock moved • On the Positions page, if a user selects a security they will see a purple callout "Behind the Move" that, if selected, will open into a window that includes the Benzinga explanation • Visit the new Documents feature to view and download your statements and tax documents (accessible through the Menu) • Bug fixes and performance improvements
