While the app does basic work, a lot is missing. Specially: 1. We can approve only one payment at a time. Juggling between the token app and this app is extremely painful. Each time you have to enter the password in the token app, get a new token and then enter it for approval. 2. Very few details are available in the app for approval. Specially while approving batch payments - no details for beneficiary name, amount etc is visible. 3. Even for the account statement, only credit and debit amounts are visible. The client names are missing. It looks like the app is an after thought and has never been tested. They should just allow the website to be opened on the mobile browser. Wonder why they have disabled it!
