Cards now transparent and menu is missing
The credit cards used be be gray in color but are now transparent matching the background color of the app. Also, with multiple cards, the menu across the top is completely missing making it impossible to switch between cards. Is ANY testing done before releasing new versions? I mean seriously the app is now seriously broken.
I finally fixed the app
After all this time of fighting with the Android app and then having the exact same issues on this iOS one I was able to login and actually pay my credit card bill today. The app would say my email was “not found “ when using the forgot password feature. Then it would say the same email was “in use” when trying to enroll. So I went around and around for a couple of years. So I just used a different email address! It worked. Now I can actually use this app.
Needs a redesign
This is the worst app ever. Waste 39 minutes of your day and go inside a GA’s Own branch for all your banking needs. This app won’t do anything for you.
App is bad on all devices
I switched to an iPhone from Android. I thought surely this app would work on iOS after it doesn’t on Android. It still says my username and card exists in system when I enroll. Then when I attempt to login, it says it can’t find my email or card information. What a joke of an app. Still unusable on iOS.
Wish Ga Own had the same developer as Costco.
If something in the program gets a snag there seems to be no fix. Not user friendly. I called in perhaps 50 times, unable to solve problem of signing in. Costco is great to use but high rates and so much more resource than GaOwn. Hopeful for a better design and will continue with paper till that happens.
CRAP!!!
I have my app set up for face recognition however, it no longer allows me to log in using my face. I’ve put my User ID in a good 20 times and it says it cannot recognize me. I try to reset my password, but it says it can’t find my username and/or my email is incorrect. This service has been AWEFUL every since they changed their credit card system. There was a time you could see all of your credit card information when you logged into the main app. Now all you can see is the amount and you can transfer/make a payment. You can no longer see the breakdown of your charges without logging in from your desktop…At that point, what need do you have for this app? Never have I had a app that was this HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! If I could have left no stats that still would not describe how bad this app is.
It didn’t even let input my information
My whole family has Georgia’s own credit Union and there is a plethora of issues that don’t even get addressed by their customer service. I downloaded this app specifically to freeze my card only to be told they cannot verify my information. I put my sister’s card in to see if it would work, same error message. I called their customer service and was tossed from representative to representative only to be told to download the app in order to freeze my card. If I could give this zero stars, I would.
