With the ACU Wallet app from Associated Credit Union, you can easily and securely access your ACU Visa debit and credit cards anytime, anywhere all from your mobile device! This app is free to download and is a great way to put more card control in your hands. Once you’ve created a new secure Username, Password, and have loaded your ACU debit and credit card, you’ll have access to: • Turn your debit and/or credit card on/off if you’ve misplaced it or for enhanced security. • Set dollar limits or block certain purchase types • Set up transaction alerts to manage debit and credit card account activity. • Check your balance and recent transactions. • Find ATM locations worldwide. Use this app in conjunction with "Associated Credit Union" app to get the most benefit out of your card.
App crashes
App sometimes crashes, and then we have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to unlock or lock cards
Only good when able to utilize the app.
The app doesn’t work most of the time but when it does, it works effectively.
Great App; Please Combine
App is great and very user friendly. My only ask is to integrate debit card control into the main ACU mobile app. I don’t understand the purpose of having two separate applications, one do your banking and a second to control debit card. I hope you take this feedback and action upon it.
Unable to process
I continue to get messages of unable to process at this time try again later on this app! That’s a real inconvenience! Other than that, this app would be great!
Why does the app refuse to open
For the past few days, I have tried numerous times to login. The spinning wheel has become more common. I wish everything could be done from one app. This is becoming more of an inconvenience, and there is no 24 hour support, unless your card is lost or stolen. I hope this process improves soon.
Great when sign in works
I gave 5 stars for when the sign in screen works. 0 stars for when the sign on screen says sorry can’t process at this time (I summarized the msg). To work around this I deleted the app and reinstalled. Others have mentioned this before.
